For our clients we have built an integrated web-based project information, risk management, contract management, documentation management and relation management system. 

This system enables you to manage multiple (related) projects. Per project, a work-breakdown-structure (WBS) consisting of workpackages imported from e.g. MS-Project, can be tracked, including associated risks and contracts. Files can be added to each, including a central taxonomy to facilitate your project documentation management. Per contract, payments can be managed and tracked. 

Last but not least, a relation management system was added. Notes can be attached to everything to keep track of changes, comments, thoughts, contact moments etc. and to conserve the project activities. 

Minerva-2 offers a clear dashboard for oversight per project and for all projects, and an extensive role management facility to enable role-based compartmentalized access on top-level (e.g. holding) and project level (e.g. project staff). 

Its responsive web access enables you to access the database from each computer, tables and mobile phone around the world in a user friendly way.
